News from Kings Heath Transition

Hi Everyone

We are trialling a joint meeting with SusMo (Sustainable Moseley) for our next monthly meeting. They are joining with us at the Kitchen Garden Cafe on Thursday 16 May, 7.30 pm in the upstairs room, and will share their 3-year strategic plan with us. Everyone welcome.

We will also give you a catch-up on how the Birmingham Energy Savers Green Deal project is coming along, and news about our GROFUN scheme, and the Big Dig Big Lunch, at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens.

We will also have some news about the Kings Heath Floral Trail. Even though most of the High Street planters have gone, there is still a role for Transition planter carers to play in helping to manage the Floral Trail, if you are interested in continuing to volunteer.

In fact we are probably needed more than ever now!

Hope to see you next week at the Kitchen Garden Cafe. If you can’t attend but are interested in learning more about anything in particular, please let us know.
